Every good legend starts somewhere. This one started behind the scenes of New York City luxury real estate.
For nine years, Emily served as Marketing & Administrative Director for the Harkov Lewis Team at Brown Harris Stevens, building the board packages, campaigns, and quiet machinery that kept a top Manhattan team running.
Réalta Business Consultants puts everything learned there to work for agents and teams across the industry, so you can stay in the spotlight while we handle what happens after dark.
Meet the Founder
After years leading teams in corporate hospitality and luxury real estate, I decided it was time to take my life back and build something of my own. Réalta is that something: an outlet for self-expression and a home for my love of entrepreneurship.
I grew up as a ballet dancer and never fell out of love with the arts: the dramatic, the creative, the slightly unconventional. Pair that with a background in operations, marketing, and customer service, plus an MBA in International Business, and you get a consultant who loves a dark aesthetic and a well-built spreadsheet in equal measure.
The mission is simple: make business strategy accessible to everyone, especially the artists, makers, and rule-benders who were told structure isn’t for them.
