Réalta means “star” in Irish Gaelic—a nod to heritage and the guiding light behind this work. This is a safe space for the strange and unusual, creative and spirited.

About Emily

After spending many years leading teams in coroporate hospitality and luxry real estate, I decided it was time to take back my life and do something for me. I created Réalta as an outlet of self expression and an opportunity to share my passion for entrepreneurship. I grew up as a ballet dancer and am still in love with the arts and all things creative. With a strong background in operations, marketing, and customer service, and an MBA in International Business, I am creating a community where business strategy is made more accessible for everyone.
